Gordonstoun boarding school Prince Charles
The Crown 2016 - 15 locationsIn Season 2, Prince Charles attended Gordonstoun Scottish Boarding School in Moray, just as his father Prince Philip did in his youth.
The recordings were made at the Woodchester Mansion in Nympsfield. The house is a monumental building which has never been completed. It looks complete on the outside, but not on the inside. During construction it was abandoned by the builders and has remained in this condition since the mid-1870s.
A colony of about 200 bats is located on the spur of the mansion and has been studied since the 1950s.
