Mr. Bean's Holiday

mr. Bean enters a lottery and wins a trip. When he misses the train at a French station, he is left with a boy named Stephan. After some adventures they also meet Sabrine and together they travel to Cannes. During the famous film festival, Bean finally manages to reach the sea.
