Mr Bean has arrived in Paris and decides to take a taxi to the "Paris Gare de Lyon" train station. Due to a mix-up with taxis, Mr Bean does not arrive at the station but at the "Grande Arche de la Defense".


The building is located in the La Défense business district in Puteaux, west of Paris. The Danish architect Johann Otto von Spreckelsen wanted a 20th century version of the Arc de Triomphe. The building is almost cubic in shape and the inside is open. The structure is 110 meters high, 108 meters long and 112 meters wide. The building is 35 floors and it employs 4000 people. There is also an exhibition space, a restaurant and a shop.
