Riverdale bus station

Three recordings for episode 12 of season 1 took place at this location.

Kevin and Joaquin say their goodbyes in front of the bus station. We also see Archie and Betty on the outside to stop Jughead.

The inside of the station is also shot, here we see Jughead buying a ticket to leave the city.

In real life this is the "Port Moody Station Museum". A historic railway station (so no bus station). Built in 1908, it served as the local train station until it closed in 1976.

Not long after, the Port Moody Heritage Society purchased it

and opened it in 1983 as "The Port Moody Station Museum".
